My order showed up quickly, but one of the bags was the wrong roast. It was not a huge deal, just a little annoying because I was really looking forward to trying that one. The coffee I did get was still good though...

I do like the coffee, honestly... but the flavors I usually want seem to be sold out a lot. Restocks take a while too, so it gets kind of annoying when I’m ready to order and my favorites aren’t available

The coffee was fine, honestly. I’m the type who mostly pays attention to the different blends and flavor options, and that’s where it kind of fell short for me. A lot of them tasted similar, so after a little while I lost interest. Nothing was bad, I just wish there had been more variety to keep things interesting.

Ordering was straightforward overall, but the checkout felt kind of slow. I had to double-check my shipping info, and after I paid, the page just sat there loading for a bit, which made me wonder if it actually went through. Also, the reminder emails/messages felt a little aggressive, like I got it, I’m ordering. Nothing was a total disaster, and I did get my order in the end, but the whole thing could’ve been smoother...

It was definitely convenient in the morning and I liked how fast it was, but the taste was flat. For what they’re charging, I just expected a lot more — it kind of felt like they were banking on the convenience rather than putting much effort into the flavor

The discounts were nice and definitely helped a bit, but nothing really stood out as super exciting. I also had to wait in queue for way longer than I expected, which made the whole experience feel a little more frustrating than it needed to be

My last order just sat there for days with no updates, then ended up arriving later than the estimate. after this happening more than once, it kind of confirmed what I already suspected: the delivery side just isn’t very reliable. Customer service was nice enough when I reached out, but being polite didn’t really get the package here any faster. I’d probably order again because the coffee is good, but definitely not if I needed it quickly...

I do like the overall vibe of Chamberlain Coffee, it feels like a real, well-put-together brand and not something sketchy. To be fair, I’ve seen some mixed reviews online, so I’m not totally convinced yet. Overall, I’d say it seems decent, I’d just like to see a bit more consistency before fully buying in.

The aroma was stale and had this kind of sour smell to it. It just wasn’t nice or enjoyable for me.

I really wanted to love these coffee bags because the look is adorable. The colors are cute, it feels very Chamberlain Coffee, and it was fun to open and nice to have sitting on my shelf. I just wish the everyday use was a little better. The bag was kind of annoying to reseal, and the label info felt a bit too small for me. It’s not bad at all, I just ended up wishing it was more practical. 3 stars for me.

I was disappointed with this order. As soon as I opened the bag, the coffee just smelled kind of flat, and once I brewed it, it tasted stale, like it had been sitting around for a while. I tried making it a couple different ways because I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but it was the same every time. For what it costs, I really expected the beans to taste fresher. Shipping was totally fine, but the coffee itself just wasn’t good. I also didn’t love the way my concern was handled, it felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually listened to. I probably won’t order again.

I picked up Chamberlain coffee mainly for the caffeine, and it’s been about what I was hoping for. It’s strong, but not in that burnt or overly bitter way. Most mornings I’m good with one cup, maybe two if I’m really dragging. It gives me a nice boost without making me feel super jittery, which is a big plus. I’ve gone through it for a couple weeks now and I’m happy with it. I’d order it again.

I’m not totally sure what happened in transit, but the coffee bag must have ripped open because there was coffee spilled all over the package when it arrived. Disappointing, since I was looking forward to trying it.

I’ve only ordered once so far, but I do like that they seem to put some thought into the packaging and where the coffee comes from. My order showed up without any issues, and overall it feels a bit less wasteful than some other coffee I’ve bought. Seems like a good option if that’s something you care about.
